We want you to be completely satisfied with your Sensibo smart climate experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all devices purchased through our official store. If the product is in its original packaging and condition, you are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via the help center or email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Device

  Securely place the Sensibo device, including all original cables and mounting accessories, back into its original retail packaging to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
